This document provides and explanation of the collection, usage, maintenance, and disclosure of personal information, including the reasons behind these processes. This document does not encompass third parties beyond the control of Next You Career Pte Ltd, nor does it cover matters relating to external parties we do not manage or employ. Next You Career Pte Ltd provides equal opportunities in candidate selection.

Personal information
Upon registering with Next You Career Pte Ltd, we will request for your personal information. Next You Career provides equal opportunities regardless of age, race, gender, religion, marital status, or disability under Tripartite Guidelines. The information collected during registration is securely stored in our database, accessible and utilized solely by Next You Career staff for the purpose of providing equal opportunities in candidate selection. By submitting your personal information, you acknowledge and agree to our personal data protection policy.

We may use your personal information for the following purposes :

– Establishing and maintain a satisfactory working relationship with you.
– Facilitating the matching of your suitability for job positions or assessments.
– Enhancing the quality of our services and conducting confidential evaluations.
– Fulfilling legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

– Prospective employers and clients of Next You Career to assess suitability for employment
– Our Managed clients and interested parties.
– Government departments or individuals with lawful entitlement.

– Training providers entrusted by Next You Career
– Third-party provides for background and credit checking services for employment.

Effective from 1st October 2020 under the new Employment Agencies (EAs) License Conditions, EAs will be required to collect the personal data (e.g NRIC number for Citizens or Singaporean PRs or FIN/Passport number for overseas candidates) of candidates referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least six months with a fixed monthly salary of S$3,300 and above.

As the collection of such personal data is a regulatory requirement set by the Ministry of Manpower, the obligations of the PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information would not be applicable to Employment Agencies (EAs) in this context.
