- In its sole discretion, Next You Career may offer services that it considers beneficial to your job search. These services may include assistance from a career consultant or matching your data with the job requirements of companies seeking workers.
- Next You Career reserves the right to change (including changing career advisors) or temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice. In addition, Next You Career may terminate a portion or the entire Service, for any reason, with notice provided to you, whenever it deems necessary.
- Next you Career will possess and process the personal data you provided for its commercial activities and internal processes. By using the Services, you consent to Next you Career retaining and processing your personal data and granting permissions to share with any necessary parties.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete personal information to Next You Career and the Companies. You are solely responsible for any inaccuracies or incompleteness in the information you provide and agree to hold Next You Career harmless from any liabilities, demands, claims, suits, losses, damages, costs, and expenses incurred by Next You Career, the Companies, or any third party as a result of such inaccuracies or incompleteness.
- When requested by Next You Career, you must submit the following documents:
1. Personal identification documents that verify your name, address, and contact details, as required.
2. Passport or employment qualification certificate to confirm your residency status.
3. Any other certificates or documents that may be required by the Companies from time to time. - Next You Career may, at its sole discretion, match your data with the job requirements of a Company. However, Next You Career is not obligated to disclose the selection criteria, reasons for a decision, or any other information about the selection process to you. If Next You Career accepts your request for a job application based on its assessment of the Company’s selection criteria, it may still decide, at its sole discretion, not to recommend you for the job offer or inform you that you do not meet the job requirements of the Companies.
- Once you and a Company directly confirm the working conditions and other employment terms, you will enter into an employment contract with the Company entirely on your own. Next You Career bears no responsibility for that contract or any terms contained within it. Please note that the working conditions communicated by Next You Career are not a guarantee of the final terms and conditions of the employment contract.
- You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
1. Submitting false or inaccurate information.
2. Engaging in any action that hinders or has the potential to hinder the business, damages the societal reputation, or undermines the credibility of Next You Career and/or the Companies.
3. Abusing, slandering, or disrespecting Next You Career and/or the Companies.
4. Failing to attend an appointment with Next You Career or the Companies without prior notice or valid reason, or rejecting a job offer from the Companies without valid reason after acceptance.
5. Engaging in any act that is inconsistent or likely to be inconsistent with any law, regulation, or public policy. - You acknowledge that the use of the Service or this website does not guarantee employment with any of the Companies. Furthermore, in the event of a dispute between any of the Companies and you concerning working conditions or other terms of an employment contract, you are responsible for handling such dispute at your own expense and liability. Next You Career shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from the use of this website or any part of the Service provided on this website.
- Next You Career owns or holds licenses for the Website Content, which is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.
These Terms of Use do not grant you a license or the right to use any of the Website Content, trademarks, or logos (registered or unregistered) displayed on the Website without the explicit written permission of the respective copyright or trademark owner. - You are permitted to view the Website and its contents using your web browser. When visiting the Website, you may save an electronic copy of the Website solely through the regular operation of your web browser.
